He worked for successful acts such as Mr. Hurley & Die Pulveraffen, Versengold, Neaera and Boysetsfire. He has also been mixing and mastering this podcast format for many episodes. It's high time to invite him!
Over 20 years ago, Matthias Lohmöller laid the foundation for the DocMaKlang Studio when he set up his own recording studio in Osnabrück and rented large premises for it. Since then he has moved twice; resided, among other things, in a British officers' mess on a former barracks site.
In the Redfield Podcast, Lohmöller reports on the stumbling blocks he has overcome along the way and what philosophy DocMaKlang represents in music production. He makes it clear how important it is for him to cover a wide musical range and how important expensive studio technology is for his work. Together with host Alexander Schröder, they discuss correct songwriting, the importance of producers and what advertising a recording studio needs.
