“I need Sufjan, beers, and a bathtub,” is just one line of the new BONY MACARONI single 'Hollow' that's dancing in your head, while you think: “Well, who doesn't?” But the band is just lulling you into a false sense of security, singer Stefan Bonestroo is revealing:
“'Hollow' is a song about abuse and a toxic relationship, but also about the inability to process what is happening while you're in it. Most of all it is an attempt to digest a desperate and devastating couple of years.”
A first hint that there might be more behind music than just four dudes that are having a great time? “BONY MACARONI are an honest band, they can be your buds, and if you're ready for it, they're here to spill some guts,” Bonestroo closes.
