Starting August 12, new EU packaging rules (PPWR) are making it almost impossible for small label or artist shops like ours to ship across borders inside the EU.
And yes, this is another bitter pill to swallow after the US tax rules already made US shipping so expensive a few months back.
What should reduce packaging waste is turning into another expensive bureaucracy monster, forcing us to subscribe (and pay) to services in each EU country just to manage shipping packaging.
We’re doing our best to find a solution, but for now, it seems we’re forced to pause EU orders until November 2026 and decide on the next steps.
