As one of the first women in a management role, Karin Heinrich worked successfully as an authorized representative and director of A&R at Polydor in Hamburg for ten years. During this time, she tripled her team's sales and was responsible for numerous artists' careers, including Udo Lindenberg, Rosenstolz, Matthias Reim, Andrea Bocelli, Rolf Zuckowski and André Rieu.
She later became self-employed, discovered Roger Cicero and, together with her business partner Freddie de Wall, accompanied him in management on the way to becoming one of the most successful German musicians of recent years. As so often in her career, with unusual ideas and paths. She has received numerous gold and platinum awards for her work.
At the same time, she initiated the association of music managers and consultants (IMUC) with Wolfgang Weyand and now works as a business and artist coach as well as a consultant for artists and creative people.
In the podcast with Alexander Schröder, she analyzes the state of the music industry and its success factors at the beginning of her career, reports on her exciting stations and decisively addresses the industry's current problems.
